Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of PlaylistPilot™ at playlistpilot.co.uk. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You must provide accurate details, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the current paid period.
  • Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
  • We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice, effective from your next billing period.

Connected streaming accounts

You may only connect accounts you own or are expressly authorised to manage. When you connect an account and enable automation, you authorise us to add, remove and reorder tracks in the playlists you have selected, according to the settings you configure. Automation features are off by default. You remain responsible for the content of your playlists and for complying with each streaming platform's own terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to distribute unlawful or infringing material, to artificially manipulate streaming metrics, to sell playlist placements in breach of a platform's rules, to interfere with or overload our systems, or to access another user's data without permission.

Pitches and uploaded audio

If you enable a public page, you may receive track pitches and audio files. You may use them only to evaluate the pitch. If you submit a pitch, you confirm you hold the rights to the material and grant the recipient permission to listen to it for that purpose. Quality-gate scores and analysis are guidance only, not a guarantee of any outcome.

Intellectual property

We own the service, its software and its branding. You keep ownership of the content and data you add, and grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it in order to provide the service.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features that depend on third-party platforms may be limited, delayed or unavailable because of those platforms' rate limits, outages or policy changes.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost streams or lost placements. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service develops; material changes will be reflected in the date above and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
