PlaylistPilot™ — Intelligent Playlist Management

PlaylistPilot™ is an intelligent playlist management platform built for curators, DJs, labels and music managers who run real playlists at scale. Rather than opening Spotify every week and hand-picking tracks, you define your genre rules once and PlaylistPilot™ keeps the playlist moving: adding fresh genre-matched releases, rotating out material that has gone stale, holding your pinned favourites in place, and keeping every playlist within the track limit you set.

Beyond weekly maintenance, the platform covers the working side of playlist curation. You can schedule placements for specific dates and positions, group them into campaigns for individual clients, share a live report link so a client can see exactly where their track landed, and run incoming submissions through a quality gate that measures the master itself — loudness, true peak, stereo behaviour and retention — before you commit a slot to it. Each connected account also gets its own public page, so artists can find you, see what you run, and pitch directly.

It is aimed at people whose playlists are part of their livelihood: independent curators building reach, DJs maintaining genre-specific selections, and managers looking after several client accounts from one place. Spotify is where most curators work, so that is where PlaylistPilot™ starts, with Beatport, SoundCloud and YouTube supported alongside it depending on your plan.

PlaylistPilot™ is built and run by Lee Rose, an independent developer and music curator. It is a small, self-funded product shaped by day-to-day curation work rather than by committee — which is why it focuses on the unglamorous parts of the job that actually take up the time.
